New in WhatPulse Pro: Reports

Hi there,

We've just released a new feature in WhatPulse Professional: Reports.

Reports gives you immediate insight into your organization without any setup. Open the new Reports section in the sidebar to find six reports that are ready to use:

  • Hardware Inventory – Full specifications for every device in your organization
  • Offline Devices – Machines that haven't checked in recently, and for how long
  • Kiosk Usage – How shared or kiosk systems are being used, including utilization scores
  • New Applications – Newly installed software across your environment
  • Project Time Tracking – Time and activity grouped by shared profiles
  • Trend Changes – Period-over-period comparisons for keystrokes, clicks, and uptime

Each report includes summary cards, a chart, a sortable table, filters, and CSV export, so you can explore the data in more detail or share it with others.

Reports is currently available as a preview. Everything works as expected, and we're actively using feedback to decide what to build next. If there's a report you're missing or a change that would make these more useful for your team, we'd love to hear from you.

You can try it now by opening the Reports section in the sidebar.
